Custom Items

Like with Fallout 3, there are a number of custom weapons, armors, and upgrades, that can be constructed. Unlike Fallout 3, a PC does not have to collect a schematic. Instead, they must collect the necessary parts, and then make a skill roll at a penalty. Below are the various Weapons, Armors, Chemicals, and Enhancements, and the parts and skill rolls required to acquire them. A few items have been ‘borrowed’ from Fallout 3.

A weapon or armor may only have ONE upgrade (not counting Poison) unless the PC has the Gun Nut Perk.
